Carrefour Soft Opening

Majid Al-Futtaim, which owns the exclusive rights to operate Carrefour in Egypt,  announced the opening of its first Carrefour hypermarket in the heart of Sheikh  Zayed at Bermillan. This milestone marks a significant step in the company’s  ambitious expansion strategy, aiming to strengthen its presence in key locations  across the country. The new store is designed to better serve local communities, create new job opportunities, and contribute to the region’s economic  development. Mr. Mohamed Khafaga, COO of Majid Al Futtaim Retail – Egypt, commented:  “The new Carrefour branch will offer a new seamless shopping experience  that includes daily needs of food and drinks, electronics, and home essentials — all under one roof.”
